共享发展理念的伦理意义

摘　　要：共享发展理念坚持马克思主义对人类美好社会的理想,体现了社会主义的本质,具有深厚的伦理意义:第一,契合新一轮技术革命和产业变革对生产关系的调整要求,倡导自由、开放、共享的新时代精神,引导社会交往,提升了社会形态演进中的人际伦理;第二,着力破解制约全面均衡发展的结构性问题,推进民族关系、区域关系、城乡关系和阶层关系深入发展,完善了新时代中国特色社会主义的群际伦理;第三,顺应"百年未有之大变局"的全球治理需要,倡导相互尊重、公平正义、合作共赢的新型国际关系,重构了人类历史发展的国际伦理;第四,体现了对共同价值的追求和构建人类命运共同体的使命担当,突出从历时性维度追求人类利益均衡,建构了支撑人类文明永续发展的代际伦理。The shared development philosophy adheres to the Marxist ideal of a better society for mankind,embodies the essence of socialism and has profound ethical significance:it meets the requirements of the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation for the adjustment of the relations of production,it advocates the spirit of new era of freedom,openness and sharing,guides social intercourse and promotes the interpersonal ethics in the evolution of social formation;To solve the structural problems that restrict the overall and balanced development,to promote the further development of ethnic relations,regional relations,urban-rural relations and class relations,and to improve the inter-group ethics of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the New Era;In response to the needs of global governance,the International Ethics at the crossroads of human history has been reconstructed by advocating a new type of international relations featuring mutual respect,fairness,justice and win-win cooperation;It embodies the pursuit of common values and the mission of building a community of human destiny,emphasizes the pursuit of the balance of human interests from the diachronic dimension,and constructs the inter-generational ethics to support the sustainable development of human civilization.
