摘 要:考察了不同处理方法对白芷挥发油提取量、成分及其美白活性的影响。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取鲜品白芷、微波处理鲜品白芷、超声处理鲜品白芷、风干白芷和烘干白芷5种白芷的挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对其成分进行分析,采用酪氨酸酶多巴速率氧化法研究其体外抑制酪氨酸酶活性,并对美白活性与成分进行相关性分析。采用微波/超声前处理鲜白芷挥发油提取量均提高了5%,干燥白芷挥发油提取量却有较大的降低;用不同处理方法的样品分别鉴定有64,55,53,63,55个成分,其中,有24种相同成分,主要为十二碳醇、1-十五烯醇、罗勒烯、萜品烯、橄香烯、1-石竹烯、α-香柑油烯、α-古芸烯、环十二烷和(Z)-9-十五碳烯醇等。5个样品挥发油成分有一定差异,同时其质量分数也有一定差异;不同处理方法的样品均有较好的美白活性,对美白作用贡献较大的化合物为1-十五烯醇、油醇和环十二烷等。To study the influence of different process on extraction amount, compounds and whitening activites of volatile oil in Angelica, the volatile oil in Angelica prepared by fresh, microwave processing fresh, ultrasonic processing fresh, air-drying, drying five different processes was extracted by water-steam distillation. The relative content of chemical components was identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). The mushroom tyrosinase dopa rate oxidation method was used to evaluate the tyrosinase-inhibitory activities in vitro of volatile oil. The correlation between whitening activity and its components was analyzed. The results showed that the content of volatile oil in fresh Angelica increased by 5% through the microwave/ultrasonic pretreatment while the extraction amount of volatile oil in Angelica was greatly reduced. Five different processes identified 64, 55, 53, 63 and 55 components, and 24 common characteristic compounds were identified, mainly including 1-dodecanol, 1-pentadecanol, ocimene, terpinene, cyclohexane, caryophyllene, α-bergsmotene, α-gurjunene, cyclododecan, and(Z)-9-pentadecenol. There was a certain difference in extraction of volatile oil in Angelica prepared by five different processes. Each treatment has a good whitening activity, the main active substance are 1-pentadecanol, oleyl alcohol and cyclododecane.
