摘　　要：美国《金瓶梅》研究的一个显著特征是将作品置于西方理论的整体观照之下,形成了《金瓶梅》研究“西论中用”视角下的独特理论基础与方法体系,具体表现在运用新批评主义、解构主义、女性主义、反讽理论、欲望理论等西方理论对《金瓶梅》的写作特色与思想内容进行“移植研究”。这些研究方法不乏亮点与收获,也存在盲点与误区,值得国内《金瓶梅》研究者借鉴与反思,同时引发有关国外在中国文学作品研究中“强制阐释”问题的再度思考。A significant feature of the study of Jin Ping Mei in American Sinology is that it places the work under the overall view of Western literary theories,forming a unique theoretical basis and method.This approach is embodied in the application of New Criticism,deconstructionism,feminism,irony,desire theory and other theories to Jin Ping Mei in an attempt to analyze the writing features and ideas of the novel.Such an approval can be called“transplanted research”.This American research has strengths as well as uncharted area and misunderstandings,which serve as valuable reference and reflection for the study of Jin Ping Mei in China.At the same time,it sparks reconsideration of the problem of“compulsory interpretation”.
