摘  要:为探究塑料餐盒在老化后理化性质的变化,同时为微塑料的源解析提供依据,选用聚丙烯(PP)塑料餐盒,并通过氙灯老化,利用原子力纳米红外和拉曼光谱仪检测PP塑料在模拟老化过程中性能变化。结果表明:老化后样品表面破碎化,并出现弯曲现象。老化后样品的第一弯曲振动模式由低频峰(118 kHz)变成高频峰(124 kHz)。并且老化后PP餐盒的玻璃化温度降低。老化后样品的红外光谱中出现C=O和—OH的吸收峰,表明老化后PP餐盒被氧化,同时老化后样品的拉曼光谱出现峰值消失的现象。PP餐盒在模拟老化后发生的变化,为微塑料的源解析提供基础数据支撑。In order to explore the changes of physical and chemical properties of plastic meal boxes after aging and provide a basis for the source analysis of microplastics, polypropylene(PP) plastic meal boxes were selected and aged by xenon lamp. Atomic force nano-infrared and Raman spectrometers were used to detect the performance changes of PP plastics during aging simulation. The results show that the sample surface is broken and bending phenomenon appeared after aging. The first bending vibration mode of the aged sample changes from low-frequency peak(118 kHz) to highfrequency peak(124 kHz). In addition, the glass transition temperature of PP meal boxes decrease after aging. The C=O and —OH absorption peaks appear in the infrared spectrum of the aged sample, indicating that the PP meal box is oxidized after aging, and the peak of the Raman spectra of the aged samples disappear. The changing of PP meal boxes after aging simulation provide basic data for the source analysis of microplastics.
