摘　　要：本文结合某型柴油发动机共轨压力传感器失效的故障案例,对柴油发动机共轨压力传感器的失效样品进行了检测与分析,由浅及深的剖析并最终确定了问题的根本原因,提出了改进优化方案,为其他零部件的设计与故障分析提供了参考。Based on the analysis of fault case on diesel engine high pressure rail pressure sensor,failure sample analysis of high pressure rail pressure sensor is done in this paper;the root cause is analyzed from shallow to deep and determined finally,also optimization and improvement scheme are given in the paper,which are helpful for spare parts design and failure analysis.
