摘 要:为进一步提高电动汽车变速系统的结构紧凑性和动圈式电磁直线驱动装置推力特性,采用多目标遗传算法对其Halbach永磁体结构进行了优化设计。以动圈式电磁直线驱动装置的推力和力最大波动率作为优化目标,结合磁路法和有限元方法,提出了凸形、弧形和直梯形磁体不同结构设计方案,通过JMAG三维瞬态有限元对比分析得到外直梯形方案力性能最佳。在此基础上,采用了基于多目标遗传算法(MOGA)的结构参数优化方法,优化结果显示,推力峰值和力最大波动率数值分别为1247.3 N和23.19%,推力峰值符合要求且力最大波动率相比于初始结构降低了19.9%。试验结果表明,该驱动装置力最大波动降低了24.0%,验证了数值计算的准确性和设计优化方法的有效性。In order to further improve the structural compactness of the electric vehicle transmission system and the thrust characteristics of the moving coil electromagnetic linear drive device,a multi-objective genetic algorithm was used to optimize the structure of its Halbach permanent magnet.Taking the trust and the maximum force fluctuation rate of the moving coil electromagnetic linear drive device as the optimization target,combined with the magnetic circuit method and the finite element method,different structural design schemes of convex,arc and straight trapezoidal magnets were proposed,and JMAG three-dimensional transient state was adopted.The comparative analysis of finite element shows that the external straight trapezoid scheme has the best force performance.On this basis,a structural parameter optimization method based on the Multi-objective Genetic Algorithm(MOGA)was proposed.The optimization results show that the peak trust and the maximum force fluctuation rate are 1247.3 N and 23.19%,respectively.The peak trust meets the requirements and the maximum force fluctuation rate is reduced by 19.9%compared to the initial structure.The test results show that the maximum force fluctuation of the driving device is reduced by 24.0%,which verifies the accuracy of the numerical calculation and the effectiveness of the design optimization method.
