高校思想政治教育实践育人的机制创新研究

摘　　要：随着时代的不断发展和变化,传统的高校思想政治教育方法和实践育人机制已经不再适合当前的教学。高校思想政治教育应以实践育人为核心内容,结合创新教学方法,转变教学理念,开展全方位实践活动,以实践教学提升高校思想政治教育的实效性和创新性。本文首先从制度、学生主体地位、实践认知三方面分析了高校实践育人中存在的不足,随后从教育理念和教学方法阐述了高校思想政治教育开展的保障策略,最后从家庭环境、校园环境、社会环境三方面入手分析了高校思想政治教育实践育人的机制创新途径,希望对高校思想政治教育发挥实践育人作用具有一定的参考意义。With the change of the continuous development of the era, the traditional thought and political education method and the system of cultivating student by practice in higher colleges has not already been suitable for current teaching and studying. The thought and political education in higher colleges should take cultivating students in practice as the core. This paper analyzes the inadequacy in cultivating students in practice in higher colleges from system, the students’ dominating position, practice and knowledge, and then illustrates the guaranteeing strategy of thought and political education in higher colleges from the educational ideas and teaching and studying method. And it finally analyzes system innovation method of cultivating students in practice on the aspects of thought and political education in higher colleges. It is hoped that it will have certain meaning of reference in cultivating students in practice on the aspects of thought and political education in higher colleges.
