摘　　要：当前我国高职院校辅导员不仅承担学生管理工作,同时需对大学生展开思想政治教育和就业指导,作为与大学生日常联系最为密切的基层工作者,辅导员队伍的综合素质水平,在一定程度上影响着高职教育的发展。因此,应加强辅导员队伍建设,引入社工方法,实现辅导员队伍的专业化、职业化与专家化发展。At present,counselors in higher vocational colleges in our country not only undertake student management,but also need to carry out ideological and political education and employment guidance for college students.As the grassroots workers who have the closest daily contact with college students,the comprehensive quality level of the counselor team is at a certain level.The degree affects the development of higher vocational education.Therefore,the construction of the counselor team should be strengthened,and social work methods should be introduced to realize the specialized,professional and expert development of the counselor team.
