摘 要:为了适应生命科学及免疫学发展的需要,课程组对免疫生物学实验课的内容进行了大胆改革,打破常规免疫学实验的教学方法,探索课程的连贯性和趣味性,建立了新的免疫生物学实验课授课体系。课程注重学生理论联系实际的体验、逻辑思维的开发和解决问题能力的培养,通过实验设计、实验记录、实验报告三个环节模拟大学四年级的毕业实习过程,大大提高了学生对实验的兴趣和理论联系实际的能力。同时,教师将思政教育融入课堂教学,用具体事例使学生认识到免疫学技术对人类所做的巨大贡献,培养学生正确的科学价值观,激发学生的学习兴趣。In order to fulfill the needs of the society and development of life sciences,we reform the content of Immunobiology laboratory course,break the conventional teaching methods of Immunology experiment,explore the continuity and interest of the course,and establish a set of scoring standards.The course focuses on students'experience of integrating theory with practice,the development of logical thinking and the cultivation of problem-solving ability.It mimics the graduation practice process of the last year of university through three segments:experimental design,experimental record,and experimental report.The process greatly improves students'interest in practical experiments and the ability of integrating theory with practice.At the same time,we integrate ideological and political education into classroom in order to let students realize the great contribution of Immunology to mankind,to cultivate students'correct values and to stimulate students'interest in learning.
