摘　　要：目的:探讨上肢康复训练系统用于偏瘫患者上肢功能康复的临床效果。方法:选取焦作市第二人民医院在2019年1月至2020年1月期间接收治疗的80例偏瘫患者,将其采用随机数字表法分组,对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用常规方法进行上肢功能康复锻炼,观察组在对照组基础上增加上肢康复训练系统,比较两组患者上肢功能康复的效果以及两组患者生活质量评分情况。结果:经过不同护理,观察组患者在入院后不同时间Fugl–Meyer上肢运动功能评定量表(FMA–UE)评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后对两组患者生活质量进行评价,观察组患者生活质量评分明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对偏瘫患者进行上肢功能康复训练中应用上肢康复训练系统,可以有效改善患者的上肢功能,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of upper limb rehabilitation training system on upper limb functional rehabilitation of patients with hemiplegia.Methods 80 hemiplegic patients who received treatment from Jiaozuo Second People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided groups by double-blind method,with 40 cases each in the control group and the observation group.The control group used conventional methods to perform upper-limb functional rehabilitation exercises,and the observation group added an upper-limb rehabilitation training system based on the care of the control group.The effects of upper-limb functional rehabilitation of the two groups and the quality of life scores of the two groups were compared to determine the best rehabilitation training.Results After different nursing care,the Fugl-Meyer Upper Limb Motor Function Assessment Scale(FMA-UE)scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group at different times after admission,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The quality of life of the two groups was evaluated.The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of upper limb rehabilitation training system in the rehabilitation of upper limb function of patients with hemiplegia has a good effect.It can effectively improve the patient's upper limb function and improve the patient's quality of life.
