止痫汤加减联合穴位埋线对小儿部分性发作癫痫的临床疗效及对血清钙、磷水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨止痫汤加减联合穴位埋线对小儿部分性发作癫痫的临床疗效及对血清钙、磷水平的影响。方法:选取2018年1月~2020年10月我院收治的74例部分发作性癫痫患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各37例。对照组患儿口服奥卡西平片,观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用止痫汤加减联合穴位埋线,两组均以4周为一个疗程,治疗4个疗程后观察血清钙、磷水平、CSHQ评分每月发作频率和每次持续时间变化情况,比较两组癫痫控制效果和脑电图改善情况。结果:观察组癫痫控制总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组脑电图好转率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血清钙、磷水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后CSHQ评分、每月发作频率和每次持续时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:止痫汤加减联合穴位埋线治疗小儿部分性发作癫痫效果良好,可改善血清钙、磷水平,降低每月发作频率和每次持续时间,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Zhixian Decoction combined with catgut implantation on children with partial seizure epilepsy and its effect on serum calcium and phosphorus levels.Methods:A total of 74 children with partial-onset epilepsy admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table,with 37 cases in each group.Children in the control group took oxcarbazepine tablets orally,and the observation group was treated with Zhixian Decoction combined with acupoint embedding on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups took 4 weeks as a course of treatment.After 4 courses of treatment,the serum calcium,phosphorus,and levels were observed.The changes in the monthly seizure frequency and duration of each CSHQ score were compared between the two groups of epilepsy control effects and the improvement of EEG.Results:The total effective rate of epilepsy control in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The improvement rate of EEG in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Serum calcium and phosphorus levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05).After treatment,the CSHQ score,monthly seizure frequency and duration of each episode in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Zhixian Decoction combined with catgut embedding at acupoint has a good effect in treating partial seizure epilepsy in children.It can improve serum calcium and phosphorus levels,reduce the frequency of monthly seizures and the duration of each seizure,and has certain clinical application value.
