腹部术后胃肠动力紊乱中医药早期干预效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医药早期干预对腹部手术后出现胃肠动力紊乱的临床疗效。方法:择取2019年1月-2019年12月普外科接收行腹部手术后出现胃肠动力紊乱的80例患者,随机分为治疗组、对照组,各40例,对照组予以常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组的方法前提下加用自拟中药灌胃及针灸治疗,并比较两组治疗效果。结果:经治疗后治疗组肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间、肛门排气时间显著小于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者总有效率(95.0%)明显高于对照组(78.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医药早期干预对腹部术后胃肠动力紊乱患者具有较好的恢复胃肠动力作用,值得临床推荐。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on gastrointestinal motility disorder after abdominal surgery.Methods:from January 2019 to December 2019,80 patients with gastrointestinal motility disorder after abdominal surgery were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the premise of the method of the control group,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:the recovery time of bowel sounds,anal exhaust time and defecation time in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the normal group (P < 0.05);The total effective rate of the treatment group (95.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (75%),(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine can correct the pathological state of gastrointestinal motility disorder after abdominal surgery,and the gastrointestinal function recovers well after treatment,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
