医护-病人-管理三位一体延伸管理模式对脑出血术后病人用药依从性、自我管理性质及功能独立性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨医护-病人-管理三位一体延伸管理模式对脑出血术后病人用药依从性、自我管理性质及功能独立性的影响。方法:选取脑出血术后病人102例,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各51例;对照组给予常规的脑出血术后管理,观察组给予医护-病人-管理三位一体延伸管理。对比2组病人术后用药依从性、自我管理性质评分、生活质量及功能独立性量表评分。结果:观察组术后用药依从性较好率高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组病人术后饮食结构、运动方式、血压、血糖及血脂达标控制率均高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组病人术后生活质量评分及功能独立性量表评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:医护-病人-管理三位一体延伸管理模式应用于脑出血术后病人,能有效地提高用药依从性,促进提高其自我管理能力以及功能独立性的恢复,改善生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of medical care-patient-management three-dimensional integrated management mode on medication compliance,self-management properties and functional independence of patients with postoperative cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 102 patients with postoperative cerebral hemorrhage were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received routine management of postoperative cerebral hemorrhage,while the observation group received a three-dimensional integrated management of medical care-patient-management.The medication compliance,self-management property,quality of life,and functional independence were compared between the two groups.Results:The rate of better medication compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher control rates of dietary structure,exercise mode,blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipids(P<0.01).Moreover,the scores of postoperative quality of life and functional independence scale in the observation group were also shown higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:Applying the medical care-patient-management three-dimensional integrated management mode to patients with postoperative cerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve patients′medication compliance,recovery of self-management ability,functional independence,and quality of life.
