摘　　要：数字化传播技术为云南少数民族地区非物质文化遗产的对外传播提供了重要平台和手段,但数字鸿沟的存在却阻碍了“非遗”的数字化传播实践。云南数字鸿沟现象所形成的机理和原因主要是数字化技术在普遍推广和普及过程中相关的基础设施配套问题、弱势群体的存在以及使用者文化背景的差异。同理,不断提高及夯实数字化编码的水平和能力、有效抑制和减少“对抗性解码模式”的生成、着力加强和完善配套性基础设施建设,是消弭非物质文化遗产传播中数字化鸿沟的机理。不断提高和增强运用数字技术传播非物质文化遗产的能力,切实转变思想、积极顺应当代文化传播的切实需求,探索及延展数字化传播技术与非物质文化遗产的融合程度,则是消弭云南少数民族地区非物质文化遗产数字鸿沟的具体对策。Digital dissemination technology provides an important platform and means for external dissemination of intangible cultural heritage in the ethnic minority areas in Yunnan.However,the existence of digital divide has hindered the digital dissemination practice of intangible cultural heritage.The mechanism and reasons behind the digital divide in Yunnan are those:the incompetent infrastructure in the process of general promotion and popularization of the digital technology,the existence of vulnerable groups,and the differences within the cultural users’cultural backgrounds.In order to eliminate the digital divide in the dissemination of intangible cultural heritage,we need to continuously improve and consolidate the level and ability of digital coding,to effectively inhibit and reduce the generation of“antagonistic decoding patterns”,and to strengthen and improve the supporting infrastructures.There are some specific measures to eliminate the digital divide of the intangible cultural heritage in the ethnic minorities areas in Yunnan:Firstly,continue to enhance the ability to disseminate intangible cultural heritage through digital technologies;Secondly,change thoughts and actively adapt to the practical needs of contemporary cultural dissemination,Thirdly,explore and extend the degree of integration between digital dissemination technology and intangible cultural heritage.
