摘 要:【目的】探讨医用射线防护喷剂防治鼻咽癌放射性口腔黏膜炎及对机体免疫功能的影响。【方法】选择我院收治的120例鼻咽癌患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各60例,对照组放疗过程中应用康复新液;观察组放疗过程中给予医用射线防护喷剂;治疗前后进行血液的T细胞检查,观察两组患者放射性口腔黏膜炎发生时间及严重程度、放疗完成时间、T淋巴细胞亚群水平变化情况。【结果】观察组黏膜炎发生时间明显晚于对照组(P<0.05);观察组放疗完成时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组口腔黏膜炎明显轻于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组T淋巴细胞水平均较治疗前有所增高,而观察组比对照组增加更为明显(P<0.05)。【结论】医用射线防护喷剂可明显提高放射治疗的安全性,提高患者免疫功能,延长放射性口腔黏膜炎发生时间,明显降低放射性口腔黏膜炎的严重程度。【Objective】To investigate the effect of medical radiation protection spray on radiation oral mucositis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and immune function.【Methods】The 120 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.Kangfuxin solution was used in the control group during radiotherapy;The observation group was given medical radiation protection spray during radiotherapy;Blood T cells were examined before and after treatment.The occurrence time and severity of radiation oral mucositis,the completion time of radiotherapy and the level of T lymphocyte subsets were observed.【Results】The time of mucositis occurrence in the observation group was significantly later than that in the control group(P<0.05);The completion time of radiotherapy in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);Oral mucositis in the observation group was significantly lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of T lymphocytes in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the increase in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Medical radiation protection spray can significantly improve the safety of radiotherapy,improve the immune function of patients,prolong the occurrence time of radioactive oral mucositis,and significantly reduce the severity of radioactive oral mucositis.
