摘  要:【目的】研究64排螺旋CT血管成像(64-SCTA)及后处理技术在颅脑动脉瘤患者中的诊断效果及临床治疗指导价值。【方法】选择我院治疗的102例疑为颅脑动脉瘤患者。患者均接受64-SCTA、数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查。比较64-SCTA与DSA检查结果,以及64-SCTA与DSA检查颅脑动脉瘤大小及具体位置。【结果】102例疑为颅脑动脉瘤患者经DSA检查证实阳性93例,阴性9例;64-SCTA诊断敏感度为96.77%(90/93),特异度为88.89%(8/9),准确率为96.08%(98/102),64-SCTA诊断结果与DSA结果一致性极好(Kappa=0.779);64-SCTA与DSA检查的瘤颈宽度、瘤体短轴、瘤体长轴及具体位置比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。【结论】64-SCTA及后处理技术为诊断颅脑动脉瘤较为准确的方法,具有有效、快速及无创等优点,可为该病的诊断及治疗提供可靠的影像学信息。【Objective】To study the diagnostic effect and clinical treatment guiding value of 64-slice spiral computed tomography angiography(64-SCTA)and post-processing techniques in patients with craniocerebral aneurysms.【Methods】The 102 patients with suspected craniocerebral aneurysms who were treated in our hospital were selected.All patients underwent 64-SCTA and digital subtraction angiography(DSA)examinations.The results of 64-SCTA and DSA,as well as the size and specific location of the craniocerebral aneurysm in 64-SCTA and DSA were compared.【Results】Among 102 patients suspected of cerebral aneurysms,93 were positive and 9 were negative by DSA.The sensitivity of 64-SCTA was 96.77%(90/93),the specificity was 88.89%(8/9),and the accuracy rate was 96.08%(98/102).The diagnosis results of 64-SCTA and DSA were very consistent(Kappa=0.779);There was no significant difference in tumor neck width,tumor short axis,tumor long axis and specific location between 64-SCTA and DSA(P>0.05).【Conclusion】64-SCTA and post-processing technology are more accurate methods for the diagnosis of craniocerebral aneurysms.They have the advantages of effectiveness,rapidity and noninvasive.They can provide reliable imaging information for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease,and can be continuously popularized and applied in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
