奥氮平联合五氟利多治疗伴顽固性幻听难治性精神分裂症的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：【目的】研究奥氮平联合五氟利多治疗伴顽固性幻听难治性精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。【方法】抽选伴顽固性幻听难治性精神分裂症患者152例实施简单随机分组,对照组以奥氮平治疗,观察组以奥氮平和五氟利多联合治疗,对比两组疗效和不良反应发生情况。【结果】治疗后,观察组阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分均明显较对照组低,幻听量表评分(AHRS)评分亦明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率无差异(P>0.05)。【结论】伴顽固性幻听难治性精神分裂症患者接受奥氮平联合五氟利多治疗的疗效可观且安全性高。【Objective】To study the efficacy and safety of olanzapine combined with pentafluridol in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia with intractable auditory hallucinations.【Methods】The 152 patients with refractory schizophrenia with intractable auditory hallucinations were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with olanzapine and the observation group was treated with olanzapine and pentafluorolido.The curative effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.【Results】After treatment,the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group;Auditory hallucination rating scale(AHRS)score of the observation group were also significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).【Conclusion】Olanzapine combined with pentafluorolido is effective and safe in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia with intractable auditory hallucinations.
