面动脉颊肌黏膜瓣修复在老年口腔癌术后缺损中的应用观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察在老年口腔癌术后缺损中应用面动脉颊肌黏膜瓣修复应用效果。【方法】回顾性分析我院收治的口腔癌患者80例,将其分为前臂皮瓣修复组和面动脉颊肌组,各40例。前臂皮瓣修复组以前臂皮瓣修复法进行术后组织修复,面动脉颊肌组以面动脉颊肌黏膜瓣修复进行术后组织修复。记录两组患者皮瓣制作时间、手术时间、缺损修复时间、术后住院时间,分析两组生活质量情况。【结果】与前臂皮瓣修复组相比,面动脉颊肌组患者皮瓣制作时间、手术时间、缺损修复时间、术后住院时间均较低(P<0.05);干预后,与前臂皮瓣修复组相比,面动脉颊肌组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、总体生活质量均较高(P<0.05);相比前臂皮瓣修复组,面动脉颊肌组术后并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。【结论】在老年口腔癌术后口内组织缺损中应用面动脉颊肌黏膜瓣修复效果显著,有助于术后患者生活质量的改善。【Objective】To observe the effect of facial artery buccinator mucosal flap in the repair of postoperative defects of oral cancer in the elderly.【Methods】A total of 80 patients with oral cancer treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into forearm flap repair group and facial artery buccinator muscle group,with 40 cases in each group.In the forearm flap repair group,the forearm flap repair method was used for postoperative tissue repair,and in the facial artery buccinator muscle group,the facial artery buccinator muscle mucosal flap was used for postoperative tissue repair.The flap making time,operation time,defect repair time and postoperative hospital stay of the two groups were recorded,and the quality of life of the two groups was analyzed.【Results】Compared with the forearm flap repair group,the flap making time,operation time,defect repair time and postoperative hospital stay in the facial artery buccinator muscle group were lower(P<0.05);After intervention,compared with the forearm flap repair group,the facial artery buccinator muscle group had higher physical function,psychological function,social function and overall quality of life(P<0.05);Compared with the forearm flap repair group,the incidence of postoperative complications in the facial artery buccinator muscle group was lower(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The application of facial artery buccal muscle mucosal flap in the repair of oral tissue defects after oral cancer surgery in the elderly has significant effect,which is helpful to improve the quality of life of postoperative patients.
