血浆ET-1、血液流变学指标与原发性青光眼视功能损害的关系分析

摘　　要：【目的】分析血浆内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)、血液流变学指标与原发性青光眼视功能损害的关系。【方法】选择我院收治的原发性青光眼患者104例为观察组(112只患眼),另选同期诊治的老年白内障患者30例为对照组(34只患眼),比较两组血浆ET-1水平及血液流变学指标,对比观察组中不同视功能损害患者ET-1、血液流变学指标差异,并分析其相关性。【结果】观察组血浆ET-1及血液流变学指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);轻度、中度、重度视功能损害者血浆ET-1、血液流变学指标比较有差异(P<0.05);Pearson相关分析显示,原发性青光眼患者平均缺损值(mean defect,MD)与血浆ET-1、血液流变学指标呈正相关(P<0.05)。【结论】ET-1水平增加及血液流变学改变可能会影响原发性青光眼患者视功能。【Objective】To analyze the relationship between plasma endothelin-1(ET-1),hemorheology indexes and visual impairment of primary glaucoma.【Methods】The 104 patients(112 affected eyes)with primary glaucoma who were admitted to our hospital were selected as the observation group.Meanwhile,30 elderly cataract patients(34 affected eyes)were selected as the control group.Plasma ET-1 level and hemorheology indexes were compared between the two groups,and between patients with different degrees of visual impairment.【Results】Plasma ET-1 level and hemorheology indexes in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in plasma ET-1 level and hemorheology indexes among patients with mild,moderate,and severe visual impairment(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the mean defect(MD)of patients with primary glaucoma was positively correlated with plasma ET-1 and hemorheology indexes(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Increased ET-1 level and hemorheology changes may affect visual function in patients with primary glaucoma.
