摘　　要：目的:探讨“互联网+”延伸服务模式在晚期癌症家庭照顾者中的应用,为提高照护质量和改善照顾者的心理状态提供参考。方法:将我院肿瘤科2019年3月-2019年10月141例晚期癌症家庭照顾者随机分为两组,对照组70例,干预组71例。对照组出院后接受常规延伸服务模式,即电话随访、疾病相关咨询和指导;干预组除常规延伸服务外,还采取微信、QQ等平台的“互联网+”干预模式。3个月后,比较两组照顾者的自我效能感、照顾负担以及家庭功能。结果:干预组的自我效能感、家庭功能得分均高于对照组,照顾者负担得分低于对照组,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对晚期癌症家庭照顾者实施“互联网+”延伸服务模式,能有效减轻照顾负担,提高自我效能感,提升家庭功能。Objective:To investigate the application of“Internet+”extended service in family caregivers for advanced cancer,and provide reference for improving care quality and psychological state of caregivers.Methods:A total of 141 caregivers for advanced cancer in our hospital from March 2019 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 70 cases in the control group and 71 cases in the intervention group.The control group were treated with conventional measurements,including telephone follow-up,disease related counseling and guidance.In addition to these conventional measurements above,the intervention group were given“Internet+”care using WeChat,QQ and other platforms.Followed up for 3 months after discharge,the self-efficacy,caregiver burden and family function were analyzed.Results:Compared to the control group,the scores of self-efficacy and family function were significantly higher,and the scores of caregiver burden were significantly lower in the intervention group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:“Internet+”extension service can effectively ease care burden,enhance self-efficacy and increase family function for advanced cancer caregivers.
