摘　　要：随着全球变暖和能源危机等问题日益严重,传统工程机械能效低、排放差,已无法满足国家及行业可持续化发展的需求,纯电动系统是工程机械发展的必然趋势。目前,尽管电动化技术已经在汽车领域得到了广泛的应用,但与电动汽车相比,工程机械无论是在结构上还是工况上均存在显著区别,因此需对工程机械的电动化技术开展专门研究。首先,讨论了纯电动工程机械的类型,对电动工程机械进行了概述;然后,结合工程机械纯电动系统的特点,对比分析了工程机械与其他领域电驱动技术的差异,深入分析了电动工程机械中电机调速、电液驱动、能量回收等关键技术,并在此基础上介绍了电动工程机械的国内外研究现状;最后,对电动工程机械未来发展趋势进行展望。With the increasingly serious problems such as global warming and energy crisis,the low energy efficiency and poor emission of traditional construction machinery have gradually been unable to meet the needs of national and industrial sustainable development.Pure electric system is the inevitable trend of the development of construction machinery.At present,although the electrification technology has been widely used in the field of automobile,due to the significant differences between construction machinery and automobile in both structure and working conditions,special research needs to be carried out on the electrification technology of construction machinery.Firstly,this paper discusses the types of pure electric construction machinery,and summarizes the electric construction machinery.Then,combined with the characteristics of pure electric system of construction machinery,the differences between construction machinery and electric drive technology in other fields are compared and analyzed.The key technologies of motor speed regulation,electro-hydraulic drive and energy recovery in electric construction machinery are deeply analyzed.On this basis,the research status of electric construction machinery at home and abroad is introduced.Finally,the future development trend of electric construction machinery is prospected.
