摘 要:坝面的裂纹、凹坑可能被大坝表面附着的泥沙覆盖,影响水下作业人员对大坝实际安全情况的判断。为大坝安全,水下检测时必须清除坝面泥沙,并保证坝面附近水域清澈。根据实际需求,设计出一种大深度潜器冲吸复合清淤工具,由水下电机、离心泵、射流泵、控制阀组、冲洗与抽吸复合喷头组成。对作业工具不同的工作模式进行了CFD模拟仿真,并开展了作业工具陆地环境的模拟试验。结果表明,所设计的装置可以有效实现不同工作模式的转换,已装备于我国首艘大坝检测载人潜水器。The sediment on the surface of the dam may cover the cracks and pits on the dam surface,affecting the judgment of the actual safety of the dam by the underwater operators.To ensure the safety of the dam,the sediment on the dam surface must be removed during underwater inspection,and the water near the dam must be clear.According to actual needs,a composite working tool for underwater flushing and suction functions is designed,which is composed of an underwater motor,a centrifugal pump,a jet pump,a control valve group,and a flushing and suction composite spray head.The different working modes of the working tool were simulated and the land environment simulation test of the working tool was carried out.The results show that the designed device can effectively realize the conversion of different working modes,and it has been equipped with China's first dam detection manned submersible.
