摘 要:为了分析大型液压挖掘机液压系统热平衡特性,基于SimulationX软件构建挖掘机机械模型、液压系统模型、热交换模型三者耦合建立挖掘机液压系统机-液-热联合仿真模型。对比试验与仿真结果,验证了仿真模型的正确性。结果表明:液压阀产生的热量约占系统总产热量的64%,是液压系统最大的产热源;散热器散热量约占总散热量的77%,系统热平衡时进出口的油液温差约为11℃;环境温度越高,系统热平衡温度越高。研究结果证明,现有挖掘机热平衡温度满足工作要求,并对挖掘机液压系统热管理提供了指导。In order to analyze the thermal balance characteristics of the hydraulic system of large hydraulic excavator,based on SimulationX software,the excavator mechanical model,hydraulic system and heat exchange model are constructed.The three are coupled to establish a joint mechanical-hydraulic-thermal simulation model of the excavator hydraulic system.The simulation results were compared with the test results to verify the correctness of the simulation model.The simulation results show that the heat generated by the power loss of the valve accounts for about 64%of the total heat production,which is the largest heat production source of the hydraulic system.The heat dissipation of the radiator accounts for about 77%of the total heat dissipation.The temperature difference between the oil inlet and outlet of the radiator at the system thermal balance is about 11℃.The higher the ambient temperature,the higher the system thermal balance temperature.The results show that the thermal balance temperature of the existing excavator could meet the working requirements and provide guidance for the thermal management of the hydraulic system of the excavator.
