摘　　要：目的:探讨杭州市DRG中医支付政策的实施效果及对策。方法:通过政策实施前后的数据比较,分析中医医院整体考核情况、医疗服务能力和效率指标,以及中医特色指标情况。结果:实施后,中医医院DRG入组率、病例平均权重提高;平均住院日、例均费用下降;各项中医特色指标更加凸显了中医优势,中医医院也获得了相应的补偿。结论:杭州市DRG中医支付政策取得了初步成效,但还需优化考核体系,探索按中医病种付费及按床日付费,研究中医特色DRG病案基础信息管理。Objective To explore the implementation effect and countermeasures of DRG TCM payment policy in Hangzhou.Methods Through the comparison of the data before and after the implementation of the policy,analyze the overall assessment status,medical service capabilities and efficiency indicators of TCM hospitals,as well as the characteristic indicators of TCM.Results After the implementation,the enrollment rate of DRG and the average weight of cases in TCM hospitals increased;the average hospitalization days and average cost of cases decreased;various TCM characteristic indicators highlighted the advantages of TCM,and TCM hospitals also received corresponding compensation.Conclusion Hangzhou DRG TCM payment policy has achieved preliminary results,but it is still necessary to optimize the assessment system,explore payment according to TCM diseases and bed-day payment,and study the basic information management of DRG medical records with TCM characteristics.
