摘　　要：DRG支付改革使社会办医疗机构面临巨大的挑战。本文以A医院为例,研究探索社会办医疗机构应对DRG支付改革的策略:以精细化成本与绩效管理为抓手,持续加强病案质控管理,与临床路径管理相结合,促进社会办医疗机构健康可持续发展。The DRG payment reform has brought huge challenges to private medical institutions.This article takes Hospital A as an example,and explores strategies of private medical institutions to respond to the DRG payment reform:start with fine cost and performance management,continue to strengthen the quality control management of medical records,integrate with clinical path management,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of private medical institutions.
