摘 要:海上平台服役期结束后就将失去使用价值,根据我国法律规定,海上废弃设施必须拆除。对于桩基式导管架的拆除,水下切割是最关键的工序之一,传统的水下切割方法是潜水员电氧切割,近几年又出现了几种新兴的水下切割手段,包括:高压水研磨料切割、钻石线切割、液压剪切割等。结合现有的水下切割设备,分析了其与ROV配合的水下切割,为以后的导管架水下切割工作提供理论依据。when an offshore platform reaches the end of its service life,it will lose its use value.According to the domestic law,the abandoned offshore facilities must be removed.For the removal of pile jackets,underwater cutting is one of the most critical processes.The traditional underwater cutting method is the electric oxygen cutting by diver.Several new underwater cutting methods have emerged in recent years,including high-pressure abrasive cutting,diamond wire cutting,hydraulic cutting,etc.Combined with the existing underwater cutting equipment,the underwater cutting technology with the help of ROV is analyzed to provide theoretical basis for future underwater cutting of jackets.
