广东省制造业企业科技创新资源整合模式研究

摘　　要：本文分析了制造业企业科技人才资源、科技财力资源、科技物力资源等科技创新资源的现状和资源配置效果,并在此基础上,分析广东省制造业企业科技创新资源的整合现状和整合模式,指出广东省制造业企业科技创新资源整合总体效果较好,但科技创新资源整合能力有待提升。文中提出了建立制造业科技创新资源整合协调机制、加大对高端科技创新资源的投入力度、构建广东省制造业科技创新网络、完善制造业科技创新资源公共服务平台等建议。In this article, the current situation and resource allocation effect of scientific and technological innovation resources of manufacturing enterprises in terms of scientific and technological talent resources, financial resources and material resources are analyzed. On this basis, the current integration situation and modes for scientific and technological innovation resources of Guangdong manufacturing enterprises are analyzed, and the overall integration effect of scientific and technological innovation resources of Guangdong manufacturing enterprises after the analysis is good, but the integration capability of scientific and technological innovation resources is yet to be improved. In the article, proposals are put forth to establish an integration and coordination mechanism for scientific and technological innovation resources of manufacturing industry, increase the input for high-end scientific and technological innovation resources, build a scientific and technological innovation network of Guangdong province and improve the public service platform for scientific and technological innovation resources of manufacturing industry and so on.
