摘  要:高校教学与科研工作需要使用大量的气体,因其种类多、数量大、分布区域广等特点,给实验室安全管理带来了极大挑战。学校为确保实验室的用气安全,通过遴选气瓶气路供应商、建立培训矩阵体系、推进数字化台账系统、气瓶减量替代等手段,建立了气瓶安全使用动态管理机制,对气体安全使用与风险管控进行了探索与实践。经过1年的实践,化工学院气瓶数量显著下降,对气体购入、存量与使用实现了全生命周期管理,安全风险进一步得到了降低。实践表明,动态管理机制在气体安全管理中有效提升了管理水平,为高校气体安全管理工作的开展提供参考。There is a tremendous demand for compressed gas for teaching and research purposes within universities,which has brought enormous challenges to laboratory safety management due to its high variety,huge quantity,and wide distribution.In this work,we took the School of Chemical Engineering in East China University of Science and Technology as a representative case and successfully established a dynamic management mechanism for safe use of gas cylinders by selecting suppliers of cylinders and pipelines,built a training matrix system,promoted a digital accounting system,and reduced and replaced gas cylinders.After a year of implementation of the management mechanism,the college witnessed a significant decline in the number of cylinders and managed to control the acquisition,inventory and utilization of gas cylinders for Full-Life Cycle Management,which further reduces the associated risks.This work proves the operability of the dynamic management mechanism to provide references in the safety management of compressed gas for other universities and institutes.
