摘  要:针对矿井提升机械课程教学中存在的问题,设计了教学软件并付诸实施。首先,在分析课程内容框架的基础上,设计了提升机简介、构件与装配、运行、设计四个教学模块。其次,基于Autodesk Inventor三维软件,设计了提升机各零部件的三维模型。再次,在分析制作工序和生产运作基础上,利用3D Max软件制作了动态装配图和运行图。最后,使用Delphi和Dreamweaver软件,设计了教学软件界面。教学实践表明,本软件以当前提升机型号为基础,注重整机装配运行的实体化、动态化,解决了以往课堂中理论教学枯燥、案例陈旧及学生对整机结构把握不准确等问题,提升了学生的学习兴趣,增强了学生掌握和运用知识的能力,满足新工科战略对应用型人才培养的要求。In view of the problems existing in the teaching of mine hoisting machinery,the teaching software is designed and put into practice.First of all,based on the analysis of content framework,four teaching modules are designed,including elevator introduction,components and assembly,operation and design.Second,based on Autodesk Inventor 3D software,three-dimensional models of elevator components are designed.Third,based on the analysis of production process and production operation,3D model is used The dynamic assembly diagram and running diagram are made by 3D Max software.Finally,the interface of teaching software is designed by Delphi and Dreamweaver software.The teaching practice shows that the software is based on the current elevator model,pays attention to the entity and dynamic of the whole machine assembly and operation,solves the problems of boring theoretical teaching,old cases and poor grasp of the whole machine in the previous classroom,improves students'interest,enhances their ability to master and use knowledge,and meets the needs of the new engineering strategy for the cultivation of applied talents.
