摘　　要：在知识产权强国战略背景下,针对机械设计综合实训课程存在的问题,探索增强大学生创新能力和知识产权运用水平的实现路径和方法。从教学过程、教学内容、成果凝练、考核方式等方面进行了教学改革探索,引导学生利用现代设计方法和计算机辅助设计手段进行创新设计,提高了学生的综合工程实践能力。实践表明:教学改革有助于激发学生的学习热情,提高其专业技术和知识产权运用水平,提升了教学质量。Under the background of the strategy of strengthening the country with intellectual property rights,the mechanical discipline aiming at the problems existing in the comprehensive practical training course of mechanical design,explores the realization paths and methods to enhance the innovation ability and the application level of intellectual property rights of college students.This paper explores the teaching process,teaching content,results condensing,assessment methods and other aspects of the course,and guides students to use modern design methods and computer-aided design means for innovative design,so as to improve students'comprehensive engineering practice ability.The practice shows that the teaching reform helps to stimulate students'learning enthusiasm,improve their professional technology and application level of intellectual property,and improve the teaching quality.
