摘  要:随着视频与图像识别技术的发展,视频的识别与分析与军事训练结合的越来越紧密,为精确快速对战斗机机载视频进行分析,论文通过对战斗机机载雷达视频特点进行分析,提出了战斗机机载雷达视频的识别与分析的方法,通过视频的压缩、图像的截取、腐蚀与膨胀等预处理,调用Tesseract引擎进行字符识别从而达到识别出战斗机机载视频中的字符的目的,此外,通过Tesseract引擎训练出适合战斗机机载雷达视频的字符库,以此提升了视频识别的准确率,通过以上方法可以帮助人员快速识别出战斗机机载视频中相关内容,为准确评估飞行员对机载雷达装备的操作熟练程度,查找飞行训练中的短板弱项,为后续飞行训练筹划提供了辅助决策依据,有利于进一步提升部队实战化训练水平。With the development of video and image recognition technology,the recognition and analysis of video is more and more closely integrated with military training.In order to accurately and quickly analyze the fighter airborne video,based on the anal⁃ysis of the characteristics of fighter airborne radar video,the paper puts forward a method for the recognition and analysis of fighter airborne radar video.Through preprocessing such as video compression,image interception,corrosion and expansion,the Tesseract engine is called for character recognition to achieve the purpose of identifying characters in the fighter's airborne video.In addition,the Tesseract engine is used to train a character library suitable for fighter airborne radar video,thereby improving the accuracy of video recognition.The above methods can help personnel quickly identify relevant content in the fighter's airborne video.The above methods can accurately assess the pilot's proficiency in the operation of airborne radar equipment.Besides,the above methods can be used to find shortcomings in flight training,and provide an auxiliary decision-making basis for subsequent flight training plan⁃ning.These are conducive to further improving the actual combat training level of the troops.
