单胺氧化酶B抑制剂治疗帕金森病步态障碍的研究

摘　　要：步态障碍是帕金森病常见的临床表现之一,同时也是跌倒及致残的主要原因,受临床重视。单胺氧化酶B抑制剂是目前临床常用的帕金森病治疗药物。本文就单胺氧化酶B抑制剂司来吉兰、雷沙吉兰及沙芬酰胺治疗帕金森病步态障碍的疗效证据作一综述。Gait disorder is one of the common clinical manifestations of Parkinson’s disease,and it is also the main cause of falls and disability.So it has received clinical attention.Nowadays monoamine oxidase B inhibitors are commonly used clinical drugs for Parkinson’s disease.This article reviews the evidence on the efficacy of monoamine oxidase B inhibitors selegiline,rasagiline and safinamide in the treatment of gait disorders in Parkinson’s disease.
