摘　　要：顺应医教协同,深化医学人才培养改革的需要,全面提高医学人才培养质量,是贯彻党的教育方针重大举措。如何提升医学研究生基层党支部的建设,是医学教育工作者重要课题。从医学院校实际出发,通过详细分析医学研究生党员的特点,剖析当前医学研究生党建工作现状以及面临的困难,提出适用于医学研究生党支部建设的管理与实践模式,包括充分利用思政平台、创新组织活动载体、支部建在年级、小组建在科室、学院与导师齐抓共管等模式。It is a major measure to implement the Communist Party of China educational policy,conforming to the needs of medical education coordination,deepening the reform of medical talent training and comprehensively improving the quality of medical talent training.It is also an important topic for medical educators how to improve the construction of grassroots party branches of medical postgraduates.Starting from the reality of medical colleges and universities,we analyze the characteristics of medical graduate party members,the current situation and difficulties of medical graduate party construction,and put forward the management and practice mode suitable for medical graduate party branch construction,including making full use of the ideological and political platform,innovating organizational activity carrier,building party branches in grades,group building in departments,college and tutor joint management and so on.
