摘  要:汽轮机的高、中压调阀的阀位传感器(LVDT)出厂配置为单个阀位传感器,阀位信号送到DEH机柜后,再经过一分二信号分配器分两路送VP卡。实际信号并非全程冗余,并且由于高、中压调阀的阀位信号在DEH中是作为汽机调阀的流量反馈,一旦LVDT反馈信号出现问题或流量指令比较两者偏差大于25%时,会触发该侧调阀快关,造成汽机单侧进气。因此,高、中压调阀阀位信号的稳定、可靠,对DEH系统来说非常重要,实现高、中压调阀LVDT信号全程冗余,可以有效提升DEH系统安全性。The Valve Position Sensor(LVDT)of the high and medium pressure control valves of steam turbines is configured as a single valve position sensor,the valve position signal is sent to Deh Cabinet and then sent to VP card by a two-way signal distributor.The actual signal is not fully redundant,and because the valve position signal of high and medium pressure control valve is the flow feedback of turbine control valve in Deh,or the LVDT feedback signal is out of order and the deviation between the two signals is more than 25%,it will trigger the side control valve to close quickly,it is very important for Deh system that the valve position signal of high and medium pressure control valves is stable and reliable because of the single-side air intake of turbine.
