摘　　要：流式细胞仪是对高速直线流动的细胞或生物微粒进行快速定量测定和分析的仪器,广泛应用于免疫学、分子生物学和临床检验等领域。本文以吉林大学艾滋病疫苗国家工程实验室的BD Accuri C6流式细胞仪为例,对其系统组成、日常维护及常见故障的处理进行阐述,以期使初学者可以更加快速的掌握使用该仪器。Flow cytometer is an instrument for rapid quantitative determination and analysis of high-speed linear flow cells or biological particles,which is widely used in the fields of immunology,molecular biology and clinical testing.This paper takes the BD Accuri C6 in the National Engineering Laboratory for AIDS Vaccine,Jilin university as an example to explain its system composition,daily maintenance and solutions to common problems,so that beginners can grasp the instrument more quickly.
