摘 要:采用微元法将锥形双螺杆挤出机的锥螺杆微元近似为圆柱形螺杆微元,建立了锥形双螺杆挤出机熔体输送段的相似放大理论,推导得到剪切速率和产量相似准则。对小端直径为33 mm的基准机型到小端直径为65 mm的目标机型进行相似放大设计,并通过Polyflow数值模拟分析了槽深指数对剪切速率和产量的影响,完成了相似放大效应的验证和相似准则的修正。结果表明,随槽深指数的增加,目标机型的最大剪切速率保持不变,平均剪切速率逐渐减小,产量逐渐升高,并且由相似准则计算得到的剪切速率和修正产量的理论值与模拟值的曲线基本一致,因此,微元法适用于锥形双螺杆挤出机的相似放大。The cone screw infinitesimal of conical twin-screw extruder was approximated to the cylinder screw infinitesimal by the infinitesimal method.The scale-up theory of conveying section of conical twin screw extruder was established and the similarity criterion of shear rate and output was derived.A scale up design was carried out from the reference model with a small end diameter of 33 mm to the target model with a small end diameter of 65 mm.The influence of the depth index on the shear rate and output was investigated through Polyflow numerical simulation,and then the similar amplification effect was verified and the similarity criterion was revised.The results showed that with the increase of depth index,the maximum shear rate of the target machine remains unchanged,the average shear rate decreases gradually,and the output increases steadily.The curves of the theoretical values of shear rate and modified output calculated by the similarity criterion were basically consistent with the simulated values,which proves that the infinitesimal method was suitable for the similar amplification of tapered twin screw extruders.
