摘  要:利用现有的机器零件测量方法检测零件时存在一定的角度偏差,导致测量平均测量精度误差较大的问题,为此提出用于精密机械零件的混合角度静态测量方法。通过最小二乘支持向量机定位精密机械零件图像中存在的边缘亚像素,实现精密机械零件图像边缘的高精度检测,采用择优系数法提取精密机械零件的纹理角特征,根据提取的特征实现精密机械零件混合角度的静态测量。实验结果表明,所提方法的测量效率较高,平均测量角度误差均控制在0.03°以下。There is a certain angle deviation when using the existing machine parts measurement methods to detect parts,which leads to the problem of large average measurement accuracy error.For this purpose,a method of static angle measurement for mechanical parts is proposed.The edge sub-pixel in the image of precision machinery parts is located by least square support vector machine(LSSVM),and the high-precision edge detection of precision mechanical parts image is realized.The texture angle features of precision mechanical parts are extracted by using the preferred coefficient method,and the static measurement of the mixed angle of precision mechanical parts is realized according to the extracted features.The experimental results show that the measurement efficiency of the proposed method is high,and the average angle error is controlled below 0.03°.
