摘  要:对不同车辙深度对路面结构性能的影响进行了理论分析。通过力学模型和数值模拟等手段分别分析了不同车辙深度下车辆冲击荷载和面层厚度对路面结构内部力学响应和性能衰减的影响机理。结果表明:车辙深度在0~10 mm内,车辙深度变化对路面结构冲击荷载响应的影响较大,冲击荷载效应对车辙深度变化的敏感性强,底基层层底疲劳寿命下降较快;车辙深度在0~5 mm内,冲击荷载效应最为明显,基层层底容易出现弯拉破坏。且荷载作用局部范围内的变形量和层底拉应力比离荷载作用区域较远的值大很多,随着离荷载作用面距离的增大而急剧减小。因此应控制沥青路面早期车辙的发展,及时采取罩面等预防性养护措施。从避免基层层底出现弯拉破坏的角度,早期车辙养护深度宜控制在5 mm之内;从底基层层底疲劳寿命维持的角度,早期车辙养护深度宜控制在10 mm之内。The influence of different rutting depth on asphalt pavement structure performance was studied theoretically.Through modeling and numerical simulation,the effect mechanism of vehicle impact load and thickness of asphalt layer on the internal mechanical response and performance degradation of pavement structure was analyzed respectively under different rutting depth.Results show that:when the rutting depth is in the range of 0-10 mm,the change of rutting depth has great influence on the impact load response of pavement structure,the effect of impact load is sensitive to the change of rutting depth,and the fatigue life of subbase course decreases rapidly.When the rutting depth is in the range of 0-5 mm,the impact load effect is the most obvious,bending and tensile failure is prone to occur in the bottom of base course.Besides,the deformation and tensile stress in the local range of load are much larger than those far away from the load area,and they decrease sharply with the increase of the distance from the loading surface.Therefore,the development of early rutting of asphalt pavement should be controlled and preventive maintenance measures such as overlay should be taken in time.From the perspective of avoiding bending and tensile failure at the bottom of base course,the early rutting maintenance depth should be controlled within 5 mm;from the perspective of maintaining the fatigue life of the subbase,the early rutting maintenance depth should be controlled within 10 mm.
