摘　　要：数字乡村建设是助力乡村振兴的重要力量,也是加快乡村治理现代化的重要举措。数字乡村建设特有的内涵、意义、驱动力以及价值取向共同构成了其基本的理论逻辑,回答了数字乡村建设"是什么"和"为什么"的问题。数字乡村的实现路径将回答数字乡村建设的最后一个问题,即数字乡村建设"怎么办"。分析探讨数字乡村建设的三个基本问题,将使我们更好地理解和把握数字乡村建设这一新型的乡村建设模式;而总结实践探索的经验,将使我们更加直观地感受到数字乡村的磅礴力量。The construction of digital villages is an important force for rural revitalization,and it is also an important measure to accelerate the modernization of rural governance.The unique connotation,significance,driving force and value orientation of digital villages construction constitute its basic theoretical logic,and answer its question of"what is"and"why".The realization path of digital villages will answer the last question of digital countryside construction,that is"how to do".This paper analyzes and discusses three basic problems of digital villages construction,which makes us better understand and grasp the new rural construction mode of digital villages construction.Summing up the experience of practice and exploration may make us feel the majestic power of digital countryside more intuitively.
