聚醚酮酮数字化乳牙早失间隙保持器的临床效果及满意度

摘　　要：目的从临床效果和患者满意度出发,评估聚醚酮酮(PEKK)数字化乳牙早失间隙保持器的临床应用前景。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月在南京大学医学院附属口腔医院儿童口腔科就诊的下颌单侧非游离端乳磨牙早失患儿45例。分别采用临床有效率、不良反应发生率及满意度调查问卷,比较接受传统间隙保持器(对照组,20例)及PEKK数字化间隙保持器(观察组,25例)的乳牙早失患儿的治疗效果和满意度情况。结果半年复诊评估,两组有效率、不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。接受PEKK数字化间隙保持器的乳牙早失患儿的家长主要考虑因素为舒适度,不易脱落,美观,其次为牙龈刺激小的因素。观察组和对照组患儿满意度评估分别为非常满意17例和4例,满意5例和10例,不满意3例和6例,观察组患儿的满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=10.286,P=0.006)。结论PEKK数字化乳牙早失间隙保持器具有美观、生物性能良好、临床效果佳、不良反应少、患儿满意度高等优点。Objective To evaluate the clinical application prospect of polyetherketoneketone(PEKK) digital space maintainer for premature loss of deciduous teeth based on the clinical effect and the patient satisfaction. Methods From June 2019 to June 2020, 45 children with premature loss of mandibular unilateral non-free end primary molars were selected and divided into control group(received traditional space maintainer, n=20) and experimental group(received PEKK digital space maintainer, n=25). The clinical effective rate, incidence of adverse reactions and patients’ satisfaction were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results Semi-annual follow-up evaluation showed that there was no significant difference in clinical effectiveness and incidence of adverse effect between two groups(P>0.05). Comfort, stability, beauty and small gingival irritation were the main considerations for parents of children in experimental group. The satisfaction evaluation of children in the observation group and the control group were very satisfied in 17 cases and 4 cases, satisfied in 5 cases and 10 cases, dissatisfied in 3 cases and 6 cases, respectively, the patient satisfaction in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group(Z=10.286 P=0.006). Conclusion PEKK digital space maintainer has the advantages of beauty, good biological performance, good clinical practice, less adverse reactions and high satisfaction in children.
