幽门螺杆菌、CEA、CA72-4、CA19-9、CA15-3联合检测在胃癌筛查中的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃癌筛查中幽门螺杆菌(Hp)结合血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、胃癌抗原(CA72-4)、糖链抗原19-9(CA19-9)、糖链抗原15-3(CA15-3)联检效果。方法:选取2019年7月~2021年2月期间检测的41例胃癌患者作为试验组,选取同期52例良性病变患者作为良性病变组,选取同期60例正常患者作为对照组,对胃镜检测结果实施评价。结果:经检测,试验组患者的CEA等水平均高于良性病变组、对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);良性病变组患者和对照组患者的CEA等水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组患者的Hp信息存在差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Hp结合CEA、CA72-4、CA19-9、CA15-3联检在胃癌筛查中有效性强,该方式可用于对胃癌高风险人群进行检测。Objective To investigate the effect of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)combined with serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),gastric cancer antigen(CA72-4),glycochain antigen 19-9(CA19-9),glycochain antigen 15-3(CA15-3)in gastric cancer screening.Method July 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the exprerimental group 41 patients with gastric cancer from,52 patients with benign lesions in the some period were selected as begign lesions group,60 patients with normal were selected as control group during this period,the implementation evaluation of the result of the gastroscope examination.Results after the examination,the patient's level of CEA and exprerimental group were higher than benign lesions,control group,the more significant difference between groups(P<0.05);there no significant difference in CEA between the benign lesions group and control group(P>0.05);There were differences in Hp information among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Hp combined with CEA,CA72-4,CA19-9 and CA15-3 is effective in gastric cancer screening,and this method can be used to detect patients with high risk of gastric cancer.
