新余市儿童青少年近视率和视力不良影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的:研究新余市儿童青少年近视率和视力不良影响因素,通过视力检查和屈光检测调查我市儿童青少年的近视率水平。方法:通过问卷调查的方式,从遗传因素、环境因素(校内用眼环境、校外用眼情况)、不良行为习惯(读写姿势、近距离用眼习惯、屏幕使用时间)等3方面调查影响新余市儿童青少年视力的不良因素。结果:抽样调查6000名儿童青少年发现,根据儿童青少年一般资料影响因素发现视力不良率为3.88%,早产、父母文化程度、父母注重保护孩子视力、家庭居住环境与儿童青少年视力不良有相关性(P<0.05)。根据儿童青少年视力不良用眼习惯影响因素分析发现,儿童青少年视力不良率为7.25%,与看电视距离<3 m、看书距离<33 cm、营养是否均衡因素有关(P<0.05)。结论:新余市开展儿童青少年近视率和视力不良影响因素调查工作,可掌握本市学生视力情况,并作出正确的指导,培养学生良好的用眼习惯,同时为相关部门采取有针对性的防控措施提供科学依据。Objective To study the myopia rate and adverse factors of children and adolescents and investigate the myopia rate of children and adolescents through visual examination and refractive examination.Method Through questionnaire survey,the adverse factors affecting the vision of children and teenagers in our city were investigated from genetic factors,environmental factors(eye environment on school,eyes after campus),bad behavior habits(reading and writing posture,close eye habits,and screen use time).Results A sample survey of 6000 children and adolescents found that according to the general data of children and adolescents,the rate of poor vision was 3.88%,premature birth,parents′education,parents′vision protection,family living environment and poor vision of children and adolescents(P<0.05).According to the analysis of the influence factors of poor vision habits in children and adolescents,the rate of poor vision in children and adolescents was 7.25%,related to whether the TV distance of<3 m,reads from<33 cm(P<0.05).Conclusion Xinyu carries out the rate of myopia and poor vision influence factors of children and adolescents,can master the vision of students,and give correct guidance,cultivate students′good eye habits,and provide scientific basis for relevant departments to take targeted prevention and control measures.
