摘　　要：“双一流”建设是高等教育强国的必然选择,一流学科的根本目的核心为培养一流人才。课程思政是实现立德树人根本任务的关键内容和重要手段,是对“三全育人”基本原则的落实,加强课程思政建设是“双一流”建设进程中重要组成部分。结合长春中医药大学《外科学进展》研究生专业课程建设,通过在《外科学进展》课程中思政元素融入以及思政内容教学的进一步开展,培养学生的理想信念,提升责任感和使命感。以“双一流”建设要求的内在联系为切入点,探讨《外科学进展》专业课程思政建设方向、案例设计、评价机制等,以期进一步促进《外科学进展》专业研究生培养的内涵式发展。培植学生的价值理念,鼓励追求创新和实践;培育学生的道德观念,同时深化教学模式和方法的改革以及融入课程思政元素,全面提升课程质量,培养时代新人,这是建设一流专业和一流大学的必然途径。Objective"Double-class"construction is the inevitable choice for a powerful country in higher education,and the core of the fundamental purpose of first-class disciplines is to cultivate first-class talents.Curriculum ideological and political education is the key content and important means to realize the fundamental task of educating people by virtue,and it is the implementation of the basic principle of"three-round education".Strengthening the construction of curriculum ideological and political education is an important part of the process of"double-first-class"construction.In this paper,combined with the professional course construction of"Surgical Progress"for postgraduates in our university,through the integration of ideological and political elements in the course of"Surgical Progress"and the further development of ideological and political content teaching,students'ideals and beliefs can be cultivated,and their sense of responsibility and mission can be enhanced.Based on the internal connection of"double-first-class"construction requirements,this paper discusses the ideological and political construction direction,case design,evaluation mechanism,etc.,in order to further promote the connotative development of postgraduate training of"Surgical Progress".Cultivate students'values and encourage the pursuit of innovation and practice;Cultivate students'moral concepts.At the same time,deepen the reform of teaching mode and method and integrate the ideological and political elements into the curriculum,comprehensively improve the quality of the curriculum and cultivate new people of the times;It is an inevitable way to build first-class majors and first-class universities.
