德州市城区成人乙型肝炎病毒感染状况调查与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨德州市城区成人乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染状况;方法对2018年德州市城区106648例健康体检成人的乙肝五项检查结果进行回顾性分析;结果人群HBsAg携带率为3.6%.HBV感染率、免疫率、易感率分别为18.78%、27.09%、54.13%.结论德州市城区成人HBsAg携带率处于中低水平,HBV感染率较高、免疫率低、易感性高.[Objective]to investigate the status of hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection in health-examination adults from city zone of Dezhou.[Methods]retrospective analysis of HBV serological markers was executed in 106,648 health-examination adults.[Results]The population HBsAg carrying rate was 3.6%.HBV infection rate,immunity rate,and susceptibility rate is 18.78%,27.09%,and 54.13%,respectively.[Conclusion]The HBsAg carrying rate of healthy examination population in dezhou is at a medium to low level.The HBV infection rate was relative high,immunity rate was low,and susceptibility was high in adults.
