甘油经胃管灌肠治疗粪性肠梗阻的临床应用研究

摘　　要：为了评估甘油经胃管灌肠治疗粪性肠梗阻的安全性及有效性,在2018年4月至2020年10月期间采用甘油经胃管灌肠治疗粪性肠梗阻病例数目12例,共16次灌肠治疗.其中11例患者腹胀症状明显改善,伴不同程度排气、排便;1例患者症状改善不明显,1例患者灌肠治疗后痔核脱出,后给予还纳;所有病人均无肠道穿孔、出血等并发症.因此,甘油经胃管灌肠方法准备方便、操作简单、安全有效,为粪性肠梗阻患者治疗提供了新的思路.To evaluate the safety and efficacy of enema with nasogastric tube and glycerin for fecalileus.12 cases of fecalileus were treated with nasogastric tube and glycerin and a total of 16 times of enema was implemented from April 2018 to October 2020.The hemorrhoid prolapsed after enema treatment in 1 patient,and was given back.Symptoms of abdominal distension improved significantly in 11 patients and not significantly in 1 patient.No patients had intestinal perforation,bleeding and other complications.Enema with nasogastric tube and glycerin for fecalileus is easy to prepare and operate,safe and effective,which provides a new method for the treatment of patients with fecalileus.
