摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮赖氨酸水平对10~16周龄北京油鸡新配套系母鸡生产性能、屠宰性能、肉品质和血清生化、抗氧化指标的影响,以确定饲粮适宜的赖氨酸水平,为制定北京油鸡新配套系饲养标准提供参考依据。选择油鸡新配套系商品代10周龄母鸡216只,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只鸡。各组饲粮赖氨酸水平分别为0.66%、0.73%和0.80%。试验期为10~16周龄。结果表明:1)饲粮赖氨酸水平对10~16周龄母鸡周平均体增重、采食量、料重比影响均不显著(P>0.05),但0.80%组的死淘率显著高于其余2组(P<0.05)。2)饲粮赖氨酸水平对油鸡新配套系母鸡屠宰性能没有显著影响(P>0.05)。3)饲粮赖氨酸水平显著影响鸡肉剪切力和滴水损失(P<0.05),0.68%组的剪切力显著高于其余2组(P<0.05),滴水损失显著低于0.73%组(P<0.05)。4)饲粮赖氨酸水平对血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、总胆固醇、溶菌酶含量及天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶活性影响不显著(P>0.05),但对甘油三酯含量影响显著(P<0.05),0.66%组显著高于其余2组(P<0.001)。饲粮赖氨酸水平对血清过氧化物酶(POD)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)含量有显著影响(P<0.05),其中0.66%组的血清POD活性显著高于其余2组(P<0.05),0.73%组的血清MDA含量显著高于其余2组(P<0.05)。综上所述,油鸡新配套系育成母鸡在饲粮粗蛋白质水平14%条件下,赖氨酸水平为0.66%即可满足其营养需求。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different dietary lysine levels on performance,slaughter performance,meat quality,serum biochemical and antioxidant indicators in Beijing You chicken(BYC)new line hens aged from 10 to 16 weeks,so as to determine the appropriate dietary lysine level and provide the basis for formulating the feeding standard.A total of 216 ten-week-age BYC new line hens were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates,each replicate 12 birds.Dietary lysine levels were 0.66%,0.73% and 0.80%,respectively.The experiment period was from 10 to 16 weeks of age.The results showed as follows:1)dietary lysine level had no effects on week average body weight gain,feed intake and feed to gain ratio from 10 to 16 weeks of age(P>0.05),but the mortality rate of 0.80% group was higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).2)Dietary lysine level had no effect on the slaughter performance of the hens(P>0.05).3)Dietary lysine level affected the shear force and drip loss of hens(P<0.05).The shear force of 0.68% group was higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05),and drip loss was lower than that of 0.73% group(P<0.05).4)Dietary lysine level had no effect on serum total protein,albumin,globulin,total cholesterol,lysozyme contents and aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase activities(P>0.05),except triglyceride(TG),and TG of 0.66% group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).Dietary lysine level had effects on the peroxidase(POD)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content(P<0.05).The POD activity of 0.66% group was higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05),and MDA content of 0.73% group was significantly higher than that of 0.66% and 0.80% groups(P<0.05).Considering the performance,slaughter performance,meat quality and serum biochemical indicators,it is suggested that the dietary lysine level of 0.66% can meet the nutritional requirements of BYC new line hens aged from 10 to 16 weeks.
