摘 要:本试验旨在研究胍基乙酸对肉牛生长性能、血浆抗氧化和糖代谢指标及血液相关基因表达的影响。选取平均体重为(473.58±64.40) kg的健康西门塔尔牛24头,随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复1头牛。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加400(G1组)和800 mg/kg(G2组)的胍基乙酸。预试期7 d,正试期49 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,G2组的平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),料重比显著下降(P<0.05)。各组间的末重和平均日采食量无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,G1组和G2组的血浆总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著升高(P<0.05),血浆过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性极显著升高(P<0.01),血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。各组间血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)与对照组相比,G1组和G2组的血浆葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PDH)活性极显著降低(P<0.01),血浆丙酮酸激酶(PK)活性显著降低(P<0.05);G2组的血浆磷酸果糖激酶(PFK)活性显著降低(P<0.05);G1组和G2组的血浆肌酸激酶(CK)活性显著升高(P<0.05)。各组间血浆肌酐(CRE)含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。4)与对照组相比,G1组和G2组血液中肌酸转运蛋白(CrT)、腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)和γ-氨基丁酸转运蛋白2(GAT2)mRNA相对表达量均极显著降低(P<0.01)。由此可见,饲粮中添加胍基乙酸能下调血液中CrT、AMPK、GAT2的mRNA相对表达量,降低糖类分解代谢,提升机体抗氧化能力,从而提高肉牛生长性能。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of guanidine acetic acid on growth performance,plasma antioxidant and glycometabolism indexes and blood related genes expression of beef cattle.Twenty-four healthy Simmental beef cattle with an average weight of(473.58±64.40)kg were selected and randomly divided into three groups with eight replicates per group and one cattle per replicate.The cattle in the control group were fed a basal diet,and the others in experimental groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 400(G1 group)and 800 mg/kg(G2 group)guanidine acetic acid,respectively.The pretest lasted for 7 days,and the experimental period lasted for 49 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the average daily gain of G2 group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in final weight and average daily feed intake among all groups(P>0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity in plasma of G1 group and G2 group were significantly increased(P<0.05),the plasma catalase(CAT)activity was significantly increased(P<0.01),and the plasma malondialdehyde(MDA)content was significantly decreased(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in plasma superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity among all groups(P>0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the plasma glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G-6-PDH)activity of G1 group and G2 group was significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the plasma pyruvate kinase(PK)activity was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the plasma phosphofructokinase(PFK)activity of G2 group was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the plasma creatine kinase(CK)activity of G1 group and G2 group was significantly increased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in plasma creatinine(CRE)content among all groups(P>0.05).4)Compared with the control group,the mRNA relative expression levels of creatine transporter(CrT
