摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平的万寿菊提取物对太行鸡生产性能、蛋品质、免疫功能和肝脏抗氧化能力的影响。选用56周龄健康状况良好、体重及产蛋率相近的太行鸡288只,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复18只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,3个试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加100、200和300 mg/kg万寿菊提取物的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期28 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,1)在生产性能方面,200 mg/kg万寿菊提取物组的产蛋率及平均蛋重均显著升高(P<0.05);2)在蛋品质方面,第28天时,饲粮中添加100、200和300 mg/kg万寿菊提取物均可显著增加蛋黄颜色(P<0.05),添加200和300 mg/kg万寿菊提取物可显著提高蛋黄中叶黄素含量(P<0.05);3)在免疫功能方面,第14天时,200和300 mg/kg万寿菊提取物组血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著升高(P<0.05),3个试验组血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量均显著升高(P<0.05);第28天时,3个试验组血清IgA和IgM含量均显著升高(P<0.05),200和300 mg/kg万寿菊提取物组血清IgG含量均显著升高(P<0.05);4)在抗氧化能力方面,第28天时,200和300 mg/kg万寿菊提取物组肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性均显著增加(P<0.05),而肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,饲粮中添加200 mg/kg万寿菊提取物能够显著提高太行鸡的产蛋率,改善蛋黄颜色,并能增强机体的免疫功能及抗氧化能力。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary with different levels of marigold extract on performance,egg quality,immune function and antioxidant capacity of Taihang chickens.Two hundred and eighty-eight heathy 56-week-old Taihang chickens with similar body weight and laying rate were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 18 chickens per replicate.Chickens in control group were fed a basal diet,while those in 3 experimental groups were fed experimental diets which added100,200 and 300 mg/kg marigold extract into the basal diet.The pre-feeding period was 7 days,and the formal trial period was 28 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,1)in the term of performance,the laying rate and average egg weight of 200 mg/kg marigold extract group were significantly increased(P<0.05);2)in the term of egg quality,adding 100,200 and 300 mg/kg marigold extract into the diet significantly increased yolk color on day 28(P<0.05),and adding 100,200 and 300 mg/kg marigold extract into the diet significantly increased the lutein content in egg yolk on day 28(P<0.05);3)in the term of immune function,on day 14,the serum immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)contents of 200 and 300 mg/kg marigold extract groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)content of 3 experimental groups was significantly increased(P<0.05);on day 28,the serum IgA and IgM contents of 3 experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05);and the serum IgG content in 200 and 300 mg/kg marigold extract groups was significantly increased(P<0.05);4)in the term of antioxidant capacity,on day 28,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activities in liver of 200 and 300 mg/kg marigold extract groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the malondialdehyde(MDA)content in liver of 200 and 300 mg/kg marigold extract groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding 200 mg/kg marigold extract into the d
