摘  要:以能力为导向的培养模式越来越成为医学高等院校近年来教育改革的着力点。本文基于汕头大学医学院生物化学与分子生物学"疾病相关基因克隆及其功能研究"自主设计研究性实验课,以行为事件访谈法对创新实验课人员53人进行访谈,经编码与专家审核(11人,2批次),形成科研创新能力特征问卷条目40条;对创新实验课130人与普通生化实验课204人进行问卷调查,收集有效样本317份,在问卷信度分析达标的基础上(Cronbach’s alpha>0.90)进行效度分析,构建了2个方面(表象的和潜在的),5个维度(掌握和应用相关知识与技能;科学研究思维;合作与责任意识;科研实践能力和科研素养),35个具体指标形成的医学本科生科研创新实验能力效能评价模型。该模型可有效评估医学本科大学生科研创新实验能力指标,可为医学本科大学生科研创新实验能力培养相关教学模式改革提供实践经验与理论依据。Competency-oriented training mode has become the focus of education reform among medical colleges and universities in recent years.This article is based on an biochemical innovation laboratory course,"disease-related gene cloning and function studies",implemented by Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology,Shantou University Medical College.The study collected information from 53 participants of the course by behavioral event interview.A questionnaire for the ability of scientific research innovation with 40 indicators was formed after coding and expert review(11 experts).The questionnaire survey was conducted among 130 students participating in the biochemical innovation laboratory course and 204 students from general biochemical experimental classes.Totally 317 valid questionnaires were collected.Reliability analysis of the questionnaire met the standard(Cronbach’s Alpha >0.90),and validity analysis was conducted to extract two aspects(superficial,latent),five dimensions(mastering and applying relevant knowledge and skills,scientific research thinking,sense of cooperation and responsibility,scientific research skills and literacy).A model for evaluating medical undergraduates’ innovation competency of experimental research with 35 indicators was formed.This model can effectively evaluate the training success of medical undergraduates’ innovation research and provide practical experience and theoretical basis for the reform of teaching mode related to the cultivation of medical undergraduates’ scientific research innovation ability.
