摘  要:提出了一种双频任意功分比输出的环形电桥设计。通过奇偶模分析法得到该任意功分比输出的双频环形电桥设计近似公式,利用高阻抗微带线代替双频分支微带线获得双频效能,并在环形电桥的分支线上设计倒相器,使该环形电桥结构紧凑。为进一步验证该设计方法的可行性,设计了工作频率在1/6 GHz的双频环形电桥,输出功分比为1∶100,仿真和实验结果相符。The design of a dual-band rat-race coupler with arbitrary power division is proposed.The closed-form design formulas of the dual-band rat-race coupler with arbitrary power division are analytically derived by using the even-and odd-mode analysis.The high impedance microstrip line instead of the dual-band branch microstrip line is used to obtain dual-band efficiency,and a phase inverter is added to the branch of the rat-race coupler to make the rat-race coupler compactness.In order to further verify the feasibility of the proposed design method,a rat-race coupler with operating frequency of 1/6 GHz and power division ratio of 1∶100 is design.There are excellent agreement between the measured results and the simulated results.
